Kick-off meeting
The kick‐off meeting of the PMBOG project took place virtually due to COVID pandemic situation, on the 2nd November, 2020. The main objectives of the meeting were to:
- Officially start the work on project
- Give brief presentation of the project Consortium
- Recall the inspiration for PMBOG project, project overview and project plan
- Discuss around main project outputs
- Show project schedule, budget and responsibilities
- Share quality and communication guidelines and dissemination activities
- Explain project administration rules
- Define next steps
The partners made several interesting presentations and discussions about the project and many tasks were assigned. It was a great experience for everyone, the start for a productive cooperation has been set!
