Kick-off meeting

The kick‐off meeting of the PMBOG project took place virtually due to COVID pandemic situation, on the 2nd November, 2020. The main objectives of the meeting were to:

  • Officially start the work on project
  • Give brief presentation of the project Consortium
  • Recall the inspiration for PMBOG project, project overview and project plan
  • Discuss around main project outputs
  • Show project schedule, budget and responsibilities
  • Share quality and communication guidelines and dissemination activities
  • Explain project administration rules
  • Define next steps

The partners made several interesting presentations and discussions about the project and many tasks were assigned. It was a great experience for everyone, the start for a productive cooperation has been set!
